Answer - Unfortunately we do not allow guests to bring their pets
Question :- Can I book through Caravan site?
Answer:- This caravan is privately owned and can only be booked via this website or directly with owner, please email for more details.
Question :- Is smoking allowed?
Answer :- Smoking is not allowed inside caravan, on or around decking.
Question :- Can I pay when Checking in?
Answer :- Sorry payments can not be made on checking in. full balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Question :- How do I collect Key?
Answer :- Details on how to collect key will be emailed to you on receipt of full balance.
Question :- what is the latest time I can arrive?
Answer :- There is no cut off time, a Key will be left in a key safe and you will need to contact owner on emergency contact number (this is on your booking form)
Question :- I have booked the wrong dates/details given are incorrect. can they be amended?
Answer :- no problem just please contact via email or @contact form' and we will change over details and alter dates if they are still available (there may be a price difference) but no admin fee will be charged.

Answer. :- please contact owner regarding the issue. emergency contact details will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Answer :- The site offers a WiFi connection which is payable per day/devices. Owners are in the process of looking to get Private WiFi installed.
